Donna just told me that Whole Foods bought out Wild Oats. I am so excited about this because that means that they will be putting in a Whole Foods in where the Wild Oats is on Burnside, which I pass every day. Wild Oats is great but Whole Foods actually has better prices (well, sometimes), is larger and has more to offer. Oh, this is going to be good!! Wish they were putting in a Trader Joe's but this will have to do for now. We'll work on that down the road. one step at a time, right?
