That's right folks. All you nuts out there, start celebrating a day that is just for you. Okay, they aren't referring to you crazies out there but the yummy nut that we all love to munch on by the handful, throw into muffins or cookies and toss in our salads. Did you know nuts are actually a fruit? Very interesting. Learn all sorts of good information about nuts here. Oh, and of course it would be a post by Tabs if there were a few websites with health facts and info too.

Hey Tabs, today (10/28) is national CHOCOLATE day!!! Hope you had some chocolate today. I did tonight. Ya know, my fave is white chocolate, although I've heard that it isn't 'really' chocolate. I may have to do some research on this...what do you think??
