A new...

friend.
We shall call him Andrew (he's a nice boy).

(from a nice boy)
Ain't it purdy?

Here's a little secret...he made it. :)

Some pictures for you to check out...

me and Beks at lunch (Kristin wouldn't be in the picture with us...I don't think she likes us very much) :)
Yes folks, that is yellow watermellon. Tastes just as good as the red stuff. :)

Linda the biker chic. Watch out folks, she means business.

A very strange but tasty treat at Marrakesh
It is made of eggs, meat, cinnamon, and phyllo dough. Yeah, sounds like all kinds of wrong but it is all kinds of good. We pretty much licked the plate clean.

I have such luck at Disneyland...

Last year it was Mister Toad...

and this summer it was my knight in shining armour. Hmmm...

Just sick!

Do not drink this VISO RAZZA drink if you can help it. I mean it. It was the sickest thing I have ever tasted...well, okay, maybe not, but it certainly was close. I bought it yesterday cause it looked and sounded interesting, not realizing it was an energy type drink. It is sort of like a red bull but WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY sweeter. I had to drink the whole thing cause I felt bad for my dad getting it for me and then throwing it away after just one sip but I pretty much had to hold my nose the whole time. I actually got a shiver every time I took a gulp. And yes, I gulped it down. Might has well get rid of it faster and in larger doses and than take forever with little long lasting, torturous sips. So, if you see this drink or any other resembling it, stay away. NOT GOOD!! And for that matter, stay away from Red Bull. Not good either. But that is just a personal opinion.

A night with Annie and the girls

Annie came to visit all the way from Chicago and we stole her away for a night around Gresham for dinner and a look at every one's new places of residence. Oh it was so fun to hang out, eat great food, laugh like no time had passed, and hear/tell stories about what we've all been up to and learning since we last all got together. We had drinks and chips and salsa at my house, a garden vegetable enchilada dinner at Sara's (which was to die for) and ice cream and raspberries at Kristin's for dessert. Here are few pictures from dinner (since of course I missed dessert, and Bekah, cause I'm the old woman who goes to bed early).

Friends are great, aren't they?

Saturday night I got to hang out with Beks and Sara. Boy do I love hanging out with my girlfriends and I feel like I haven't been able to much. Oh, probably cause I haven't been able to much. Anyway, it was so fun to see them and get caught up. Love you girls!!
Oh how I love my friends! Here is one friend that I am blessed to work with (which means I get to see her all the time). Love you Kristin!!

And here is another friend who visited a few weeks ago from her new place of residence in Hawaii (yeah, I'm jealous). It was so good and refreshing to hang out with her...and now I already miss her something terrible.
